RETURNS & WARRANTY
If you are unhappy with your order, you can return it to us for a refund, providing the product returns in perfect condition without signs of use or wear. In order to be eligible for return, you must first notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that you leave the protective packaging intact including all films, tags and inserts, as all components must be returned in complete re-saleable condition. Should any element of the product be returned damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a return or issue a partial refunds in order to replace any damaged components.
Please be aware that all returns, including cancellations after a 48 hour grace period, are subject to a processing fee. This fee covers the cost of the payment charges which Arken incurs with each transaction and cannot be recovered. This fee is calculated based on 5% of the value of the order being returned. Any shipping costs incurred will not be refunded. If there are any tax or duty payments required, in order for us to receive the return, if they are not paid in advance by you, the value will be deducted from the total refunded amount.

First notify us directly using our CONTACT page to initiate your return or cancellation. We will then identify the reasons for your return and provide you with shipping instructions to send the order back to us.
If it is a pre-order that you wish to cancel, you must notify us within 14 days of placing the order. Failure to do so means you will have to wait until the product is ready for delivery before we are able to initiate the returns process for a refund. Processing fees still apply.
Please note we are not liable for any return delivery issues should they arise before the product(s) are in our possession. Until the return is in our possession, the order remains the responsibility of the customer to ensure its safe return, this includes but is not limited to, using a tracked secure courier service and suitable packaging.Once your return is received and inspected by our watchmaking team, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also confirm the approval or rejection status of your return based on its condition and issue a refund where applicable. This process may take up to 10 business days.

Our warranty covers all manufacturing defects which present during normal use. We will replace any defective components free of charge due to a manufacturing error found by us.
Please note that the warranty does not apply to the following cases:
Theft or loss.
Repairs due to use not considered normal or reasonable.
Blemishes caused by normal day to day wear, tear and normal aging of the watch.
All types of damage as a result of negligence, misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, improper handling, lack of maintenance or failure to follow the instructions provided by Arken.
Routine servicing or maintenance which may be required within the warranty period, including but not limited to the following, de-magnetisation and accuracy adjustments.
Warranty does not cover the cost of shipping the product to us for repair. However, we will ship the product back to you free of charge if the product is covered by warranty.
Our standard warranty is a two part policy in which both may apply depending on the product.
1 Year Cover - Applies to all products including gear and accessories which is valid for 1 year from the date ordered. In pre-order instances, the warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of dispatch.
5 Year Cover - Applies to all mechanical watch movements which is valid for 5 years from the date ordered. In pre-order instances, the warranty is valid for 5 years from the date of dispatch.Regardless of warranty, we aim to provide you with the most efficient, cost effective solution to any problems arising with our products and therefore encourage you to contact us directly with any concerns.

Regular servicing is important to maintain the optimal function of your Arken tool watch. If you would like to give your watch a service, if it has been in an accident or is performing improperly we are here to help.
