With newly released models or models with significant demand we implement a pre-order system in order to accommodate the maximum demand of all customers. These pre-order windows are announced via our updates newsletter and social media accounts and are opened for limited periods of time. All orders placed during this window will be fulfilled therefore securing a product allocation from the current production cycle.

After all pre-ordered watches are delivered, any remaining inventory from the total production cycle will be stocked online, made available at partnering retailers and relevant trade shows. Please be aware that this inventory is limited and unlike pre-orders, units may sell out very quickly. Depending on the model and demand, the next available opportunity may present itself as a pre-order or in stock ready to deliver. All announcements regarding re-stocks or pending pre-order windows will be delivered via our updates newsletter and social media accounts.

Pre-orders for a product currently in production and designated as such on the product listing page, may take many months to be ready for delivery. As these timelines are affected by factors outside of our control we are therefore unable to provide accurate delivery information for a specific order until all manufactured parts are present in our UK workshop and the final assembly stage has begun.
In the interest of transparency, earliest expected delivery estimations will be shown and updated accordingly via the product listing page. However, this is only a guideline as to when shipping for the first pre-order of that specific product is expected to leave our workshop or if shipping has already begun. Depending on the demand and where your order has been placed amongst the total volume of orders, the exact delivery time for your pre-order may vary significantly from this date. -

We currently ship all over the world including Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong SAR China, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macao SAR China, Malaysia, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States and Vietnam.
However if you are outside of any these countries, please contact us so we can see if it is possible to make an adjustment to ship to you directly. -
We use Royal Mail (Special Delivery Guaranteed) for customers within the United Kingdom and DHL (Worldwide Express) for our international orders. This is to ensure the fastest and safest service possible. However, in order to reduce your shipping costs for very small accessories only, we may choose to ship internationally via Royal Mail.
Our courier partners may not be able to contact you on arrival so please ensure that you provide a delivery address where the shipment can be received during business hours. These couriers are unable to deliver on public holidays or Sundays so please allow an extra working day.

When your product(s) have been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with the appropriate tracking number. You can then proceed to track your item with Royal Mail or DHL via their app or website directly. If you are not present on the day of delivery, you may also change your delivery options there too.

For customers outside the United Kingdom, you may be subject to local duty/import taxes upon delivery, where applicable. These taxes will be claimed on behalf of local customs by our international carrier (DHL) prior to delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to advise you of the amount of these charges in advance and advise you to contact the duty services in your country or use SimplyDuty to obtain an estimated duty amount and the base rate of VAT. If the taxes and customs fees are not paid, the item will be returned to us. Any import duties, clearance fees, brokerage fees, or additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that we cannot refund any customs duties paid if you choose to return your watch. Any duties, taxes, or fees incurred by us will be deducted from your refund.

For any delivery problem with your order, please contact us directly using our CONTACT page. We will make the necessary arrangements with the carrier and will do everything possible to ensure that your package arrives correctly at its destination.

For any pre-orders, lead times can vary significantly and estimates will always be listed and updated on the product page. This estimate may also be subject to delays due to manufacturing and shipping schedules.
However, we will always work to the best of our ability to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience on this as we are only a very small operation and we want to ensure the best product quality we can in all cases.For any items in stock, we use the fastest services available from both Royal Mail and DHL so from the moment you receive the shipping confirmation, you can be confident it will arrive soon.

Speakeasy Limited Editions are exclusively made to order variants of existing models in the Arken catalog. Much like establishments of the same name, these variants are not publicised. We do not provide materials for press coverage, advertisements and no official photographs are taken or shared by us.

Speakeasy Limited Editions are only available on request, in person, direct from our founder. Whether you cross him on the street or engage with him in person at a show or event, you may ask to see the Speakeasy Limited Edition on hand. From there you will be able to place an order with him for that specific variant only. Speakeasy Limited Editions were designed to encourage personal interactions with the man behind Arken, in hopes of building a relationship with you as an owner, before a watch ever hits your wrist. User experience is at the heart of everything we do at Arken and this personal connection to our community is a big part of that.

Your Speakeasy is owned by you. Therefore, whether you choose to keep it as a private part of your collection or promote it openly on social media, that is your prerogative.
When a request to see a Speakeasy is made, before placing an order and accepting delivery, photography of our display unit is strictly prohibited. -
Speakeasy Limited Editions that are on hand and available, may vary at any given time. A variant spotted at a show in New York may or may not be the same variant on hand at an engagement in Tokyo the following week. As the Arken catalog grows the range of possible variants also grows and so the best way to find out is to make contact.

Our Speakeasy concept first launched in 2025 and was incredibly successful. Word of mouth spread across the globe with requests happening in the most unlikely of circumstances. Every owner left with a personal memory that connects them to their unique watch and the brand that made it for them.
With that, we intend to continue the Speakeasy Limited Editions as we continue to grow our product lines. Availability of these models will be announced using our website banner, identifying ACTIVE or INACTIVE periods whereby requests can or can not be made respectively.
